Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.00
Fast delivery for standard small parcels, usually within 1–2 working days. Not suitable for bulky or oversized items.
Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £2.99
Economical delivery for standard small parcels, usually within 2–3 working days. Not suitable for bulky or oversized items.
Additional notes:
Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be shipped the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel.
Orders will be left in a specified safe place if you are not in at the time of delivery.
If you have special delivery requirements, please contact us before placing your order.
Plumbco is not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail. While we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee delivery times once parcels are with Royal Mail.
Required for large or heavy items such as radiators, boilers, and oversized products. These items require specialist courier handling.
Please do not select Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 for bulky items, as these services are not suitable. Orders with incorrect shipping may be delayed or require an additional shipping payment.

Deliveries are kerbside only. Please ensure you have assistance available to move the items into your property.
It is important that you are in on the day of delivery. If you are not available, the courier may return the items to our warehouse and additional charges will apply for redelivery.

Collection steps:
Arrive during opening hours (Mon–Fri: 7:30am–5pm, Sat: 8am–12pm, Sun: Closed)
Go to the trade counter with your order confirmation and a form of ID
A member of staff will collect your order for you
Sign for your order and load it into your vehicle
Additional notes:
Orders must be collected within 7 days.
If you cannot collect within 7 days, please contact us to arrange an extension.
We will notify you by email once your order is ready for collection.
If you need to return an item:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for return.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
Return the item within 7 days of authorisation.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned item, provided it is in resalable condition and packaging.

You can cancel an order anytime before it has been shipped. Once marked as complete/shipped, please contact us to discuss options.
To cancel: email weborders@plumbco.co.uk with your order number. If the order hasn’t been sent, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method (3–5 working days).
If you receive a damaged item:

Provide your order number, the product, a description of the damage, and photos
Do not open or use the damaged item and keep the original packaging if possible. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include a replacement or refund.
Additional notes:
Return shipping costs for damaged items are covered by Plumbco.
We may inspect returned items before issuing a refund or replacement.
If damage is determined to be due to customer mishandling, a refund or replacement may not be issued.
