This evening is about far more than football – it’s a celebration of community, teamwork, friendly rivalry, and, most importantly, raising vital funds for a truly incredible cause.

Players, staff, suppliers, customers, friends and families have all come together to create an unforgettable night packed with football, entertainment, fundraising and plenty of laughs along the way. Whether you’re backing Wellingborough or Northampton, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone attending, donating, sponsoring, and helping bring this event to life.

At the heart of tonight’s match is our chosen charity, Ups n Downs – an amazing organisation supporting children and young people with Down syndrome, along with their families. Their work in the community is nothing short of outstanding, providing support, education, opportunities and experiences that genuinely change lives.

Match Preview

The rivalry between Wellingborough and Northampton has reached boiling point ahead of this highly anticipated showdown.

Weeks of training, endless workplace banter, questionable fitness claims and bold score predictions have all led us here. Bragging rights are firmly on the line, and neither side looks ready to give an inch in what promises to be a fiercely contested and highly entertaining match.

Wellingborough are expected to line up in a traditional 4-4-2, built on organisation, teamwork and energy in midfield. Northampton, meanwhile, are taking a more adventurous approach with a bold 3-1-4-2 setup, arriving full of confidence and intent.
