Fernox Antifreeze Protector Alphi-11 is a combined antifreeze and corrosion inhibitor designed to protect domestic central heating systems against freezing, internal corrosion and limescale formation.

Alphi-11 contains mono-propylene glycol and provides frost protection while helping to maintain the long-term efficiency and lifespan of the heating system. It is suitable for use with all common heating system metals and materials, including aluminium.

A minimum in-use concentration of 25% is recommended to provide adequate corrosion protection. At this concentration, Alphi-11 provides frost protection down to -11°C. Increasing the concentration to 40% provides protection down to -22°C.

Alphi-11 is suitable for heating and chilled-water systems and is compatible with other Fernox products. For new or untreated systems, Fernox recommends thoroughly cleaning and flushing the system with Fernox Cleaner F3 before adding Alphi-11.
